We came up with Gia's Grab&Go after 7 years of experience in some of London and Italy's iconic restaurants with our daughter Gia short for Gianna who has food allergies. Even as chefs we know how important it is to get wholesome, balanced and long lasting fuel when you're on the go. We believe in giving back to the community by offering our delicious Healthy Meal services and offering alternatives to those that love Italian food but cannot have dairy or gluten for example!

Some of our meals are catered for hot so this can be reheated once then after discarded. You can not leave your meals out in room temperature for longer then 2 hours. All meals have a use by date and should be refridgerated at 5 degrees and below.

Reheating in the Oven
Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius on Fan Heat. For your Lu onto a tray with just enough tin foil. Place in the middle rack reheat for 15 minutes at least until it reaches a core temperature of 68 degrees and above using a temperature probe or just a knife insert in the middle for a second then pull it out gently placing it on your chin real quick for a flash second, it should be hot.
For your kumara or anything else place your food into some tin foil, close it up and heat for 5 minutes at least.
Microwave
Transfer your meals onto a microwavable container or dishware.You can reheat your meals in the microwave for 40 seconds to a minute on high until piping hot.
