    Chef 'Ana has 15+ years of experience as a professional chef. She brings her rich Pasifika - Samoan Tongan Heritage and international Culinary experiences to craft Menus using quality, fresh local and seasonal ingredients. Tying in the beautiful Vibrant colours of a Healthy Lifestyle in Aotearoa, NZ promoting our health and well-being using sustainable practices. Also inspired by her husband's Italian Background and daughter's food allergies. 'Ana has intrepreted Food without the use of Dairy Products but subsitutes it with Coconut which ties back to her Heritage. Known for interpreting her story through classic dishes such as the Lu Moa with red Cabbage or her Vegan friendly Pai Faina & Coconut tart made without the Common Allergens Wheat & Gluten.

    From Telling our Story we Collaborate with Professionals in the Industry Globally and Locally to achieve common objectives in global challenges and promote sustainable economic development. An example is the Chefs 6 Course Health and Allergy Awareness Kai Events we look forward to hosting the 7th Event on the 12th December, 2025. We've hosted 85 guests at the University of Auckland Fale with a 6 Course Meal which has never happened before. We've had Samoan Chef Alex Lam Cheung fly over from Brisbane, Australia to join us.

  • This place is in a different league to the rest. I could tell all produce was treated with love, I could taste it. Seriously, never been so excited about a salad. The sweets are too good to be healthier option. my family annoyed though because I started eating the eclairs in the car before sharing.

Yes we do! Our commercial Production kitchen is registered by MPI and verified by AsureQuality.

Do you have a commercial Kitchen and where are you based?

Yes we are Currently located at 214 shop 4 Karangahape Road, Auckland City. We do have a Fully Facilitated Commercial Kitchen with a private dining area and a Pop-up counter that opens Fridays & Saturdays 10am - 2pm which is currently a Fresh Pasta Deli + Desserts.
