Entree - chef Patrick's 'Ota Ika or Eggplant 'Ota ika
Mains - pork belly, crackling, soy lemon grass chilli, braised coconut octopus, kumara puree, cassava crisp or Cabbage Parcel with tomatoes, cassava chips, kumara puree
Dessert - by Skycity chefs - Honey & Mandarin or Coconut , chocolate & raspberry
They've taken time out of their busy schedules to cook for a good cause! chef Patrick Ikinofo executive chef for Skycity together with Adriano and 'Ana have volunteered to cook with their heart a 3 course meal hoping to raise enough money to send a container of clean water and food to Tonga. We appreciate your donations and support. There will be music, entertainment, guest speakers. Patrick and his team at sky city has also sponsored our event generously.
